Clear access, clear limits.
These terms govern HUE/ID's browser tools, member workspace, optional AI features, and Gumroad membership. Purchasing or using the service means you accept them.
1. What HUE/ID provides
HUE/ID provides a visual personal-color estimate, digital drape comparison, perceptual product-color matching, palette guidance, wardrobe memory, appearance direction, and optional AI-generated assistance. Results are subjective decision support, not medical, biometric, dermatological, or professional salon advice.
2. Free access
One personal portrait analysis and three Shop Lens checks are included per browser. Demo content and public palette exploration may remain available without purchase. Clearing site data or changing browsers may affect locally stored records.
3. Member access
An active membership includes unlimited Shop Lens checks, the 216-color atlas, downloadable color card, wardrobe and analysis memory, outfit formulas, appearance guidance, up to 40 AI color second opinions per month, up to 12 AI wardrobe photo scans per month, and one total included AI outfit preview credit per purchase license. The outfit credit does not renew monthly or annually. Limits protect service quality and generation cost. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
4. Billing and cancellation
Gumroad handles checkout and recurring billing. Prices, billing period, taxes, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel from the membership settings link in your Gumroad receipt. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues or ends according to the status shown by Gumroad.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are handled through the seller contact on the Gumroad receipt and according to the policy displayed at checkout, Gumroad's rules, and mandatory consumer law. Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or charged-back purchases may lose access immediately.
6. License and acceptable use
Membership access is personal and non-transferable. Do not publish or share license keys, automate bulk requests, bypass limits, upload content without the necessary rights or consent, or use AI features to impersonate, harass, exploit, or deceive another person.
7. AI output
AI output may contain mistakes, visual artifacts, or inaccurate item descriptions. Review every result before relying on it. HUE/ID may replace models or providers to improve reliability, privacy, or cost while keeping the purchased feature category materially available.
8. Availability and changes
Reasonable maintenance, provider outages, fraud prevention, or safety review may temporarily interrupt a feature. Material reductions to an active paid plan will be communicated where practical. HUE/ID may suspend access for abuse or a non-active payment status.
9. Responsibility
You remain responsible for purchase, styling, hair, beauty, and wardrobe decisions. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HUE/ID is provided without a guarantee that every visual estimate or generated image will match perception under every camera, display, fabric, or lighting condition.
10. Contact and governing law
HUE/ID is operated by an independent seller based in Türkiye. Questions, cancellation support, privacy requests, and disputes can be sent by replying to the seller contact on the Gumroad receipt. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
