Your portrait is not the product.
HUE/ID is operated by an independent digital creator based in Türkiye. This notice explains what the web product processes, why it is needed, and what remains under your control.
1. Browser-first analysis
Standard portrait analysis runs in your browser. The original portrait is not uploaded to HUE/ID or stored with your saved result. Browser storage may contain analysis signals, saved color codes, wardrobe labels, and membership status until you clear site data.
2. Optional AI features
A portrait or wardrobe photo leaves your device only when you deliberately choose an AI feature. These files are sent through HUE/ID's server to fal.ai and the selected model provider. Request-payload history is disabled. Uploaded input files are configured to expire after one hour; generated outfit media expires after one day, so download any result you want to keep. AI features are optional and are never required for the browser analysis.
3. License cloud memory
After membership activation, Supabase stores a one-way hash derived from the verified purchase, purchase status, analysis signals, seasonal result, wardrobe item labels, color codes, and match scores. Activating the same receipt on another browser restores those member records. Original portrait files and the plain license key are not added to the cloud-memory records.
4. Purchases
Gumroad processes checkout, tax, invoices, cancellations, and payment information. HUE/ID receives the purchase email, license status, subscription status, and usage count needed to grant or revoke access. Card details are not received by HUE/ID.
5. Analytics
Vercel Web Analytics supplies aggregated page and product-event statistics without third-party tracking cookies. HUE/ID does not intentionally send portraits, email addresses, license keys, or account identifiers in analytics events.
6. Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you remove browser site data. Cloud analysis and wardrobe records remain while you use the membership or until deletion is requested. Gumroad may retain transaction records where required for tax, fraud, and accounting obligations.
7. Your choices
You may use photo upload instead of camera access, decline every AI feature, use the free product without membership activation, clear browser data, cancel through the Gumroad receipt, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of cloud records. For a verified privacy request, reply to the seller contact shown on your Gumroad receipt.
8. Service providers
HUE/ID uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for hosted database services, fal.ai for optional AI requests, and Gumroad for commerce.
